When you watch the video, you'll see that War Child was the charity supported in January. Hence the weapons.</p><p>The message "12 charities, 12 months, 1200 people, $10 per month" I believe explains the reason behind 12for12k. I'm also guessing that since you're here, you either clicked the link in the video to come to the site or you knew about it through the social media channels we're using to spread the message. I am all for anything that is for improving the planet and the lives of the people on it. But I don't "get" this video. You need war machines and weapons to make your point? What Point? The video doesn't say much about what 12for12 is or does and and frankly it doesn't compel me to go find out. I am thinking that the previewers (you did test it on some people before publishing didn't you?) must have all already been "in the choir" and maybe they "get it" because they have some background, but, and I mean no offense, I think you need to go back to the drawing board and get feedback from people who never heard of you (try a professional agency - they might get onboard for free ).
